Terms of use
The rules for using Odds Atlas: who it is for, what it is and what it is not.
1. About these terms
oddsatlas.co.uk is published by Kotarac Media j.d.o.o., registered in the Republic of Croatia (MBS 081472053, OIB 54827193462). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Who the site is for
The site is for adults aged 18 and over in Great Britain. Gambling with the operators we review is only legal for adults, and only where they are licensed to serve you.
3. Northern Ireland
Odds Atlas is for readers in Great Britain only and is not available in Northern Ireland. The operators we list are licensed by the Gambling Commission, whose remit covers Great Britain; gambling in Northern Ireland is governed by separate law, so our listings and links are not intended for readers there. If you are in Northern Ireland, please do not use the links on this site to open a gambling account.
4. What we are
We are a publisher. We do not offer gambling, take bets, hold funds or act for any operator. Your agreement with an operator is between you and the operator.
5. Accuracy
We check licence details and offer terms on the date shown on each listing. Operators change offers without notice, so always read the terms on the operator's site before you deposit.
6. No advice
Nothing on the site is financial, legal or betting advice, and nothing on it predicts the outcome of any event or game.
7. Links to operators
Links to operators carry a tag that tells them the visit came from us. We may receive a commission from operators in future; it will never change our reviews. See the advertising disclosure.
8. Intellectual property
Text, design, the Odds Atlas name and logo and the illustrations on the site belong to us or are used with permission. Operators' brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the operators we review; their use does not mean an operator endorses us.
9. Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from your use of an operator's services or from changes to their terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, without removing any right you have as a consumer in your own part of the United Kingdom.
